Can I check the product before payment?
Absolutely! You can check the product in front of the delivery person before paying. If it’s damaged or not what you ordered, you can return it instantly.
What should I do if my product is damaged or broken?
If your product is damaged upon delivery, please inform the delivery person right away and return the item on the spot.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We only offer returns at the time of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Once the product is accepted, we do not process returns or refunds unless there's a verified issue
